Apex Park and Recreation District Youth Cross Country
Description
Our cross country team makes long-distance and endurance training fun. Distances vary by age group and gradually build up to a 5K. Participants must be 8 years old by the first practice. Fees include two practice days, a team shirt, and CARA league fees.
