Activities On Rotation is a platform that connects families to youth programs and activities offered by independent, third-party organizers. We do not operate or manage the programs directly.

All refund and cancellation policies are set by the individual program organizer. Activities On Rotation does not issue refunds.

If you would like to cancel a registration or request a refund, please contact the program organizer directly using the email or contact information provided in your confirmation or on the event page.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund eligibility and timelines are subject to each organizer’s policy and Stripe’s terms.

Activities On Rotation uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience, personalize content, and analyze app performance.

Delete My Data

You may request to delete your account and all associated data at any time. This includes saved programs, child profiles, registration history, and personal details.

Request Method:

Please send your deletion request to aor@createyos.org using the email associated with your account. We will verify your identity and delete all related data within 7 business days unless legally required to retain it.

Confirmation Message (after form submit):

Your request has been received. We will process your data deletion within 7 business days.
