Young Athlete Clinic

BOLDT Athletics

Our Young Athlete Clinics focus on fostering discipline and intentional training to enhance athletic performance, build self-confidence, and reduce the risk of injury. We offer sessions three days a week: Mondays for 4th-7th graders, Wednesdays for 7th-12th graders or advanced athletes, and Fridays for all ages. We believe in providing training that develops speed, strength, and power while prioritizing injury prevention and equipping athletes with the tools they need to build a solid foundation for lifelong success.
