Thornton Taekwon-Do is a United States Taekwon-Do Federation member program operated under the City of Thornton recreation department. The classes focus on traditional techniques, self-defense, and physical fitness in a supportive and structured environment. Families are welcome to train together to improve their skills and earn rank from white to black belt.
